TKB 3133 Administrative Management and Procedures
(Prerequisites: TKT 1273 or equivalent and Junior class standing) Three hours lecture. Principles and practices of effective administrative management and procedures. Planning/directing workplace activities, systems and technology; selecting/training employees; developing professional leadership and communication skills.


TKB 4283 Advanced Office Systems
(Prerequisites: TKT 1273 or BIS 1013 or CS 1013 and TKB 2132 and TKB 2122; and keyboarding proficiency or upon consent of instructor) Two hours lecture. Two hours laboratory. Advanced database management and spreadsheet theory and practice as it applies to contemporary business applications. Provides hands-on experience with spreadsheet and database management software.


TKB 4543 Information Processing
(Prerequisites: TKT 1273 or instructor's permission) Three hours lecture. Mastery and application of formatting and advanced information processing skills.


TKB 4563 Introduction to Data Networks
(Prerequisite: TKT 1273) Three hours lecture. Strategies in supporting the users of data networking systems and exploration of the associated network hardware and software that are appropriate for the office environment.


TKB 4583 Graphics and Web Design
(Prerequisites: TKT 1273 or BIS 1013 or CS 1013 and key boarding proficiency) Two hours lecture. Two hours laboratory. Principles and development for graphics and web design.


TKT 4343 Information Technology Project Management
(Prerequisites: TKT 1273 or BIS 1013 or CS 1013 and keyboarding proficiency) Three hours lecture. Concepts, skills, tools, and techniques involved in information technology project management as it applies in today's contemporary business environment.


TKT 4753 Media for Present Inst Gaming
(Prerequisite: TKT 1273 or consent of the instructor) Three hours lecture. This course explores the process of using multimedia and visual basic applications for developing instructional materials, presentations, and games.


TKT 4763 Digital Tools/Learning
(Prerequisite: TKT 1273 or consent of instructor) Three hours lecture. Methods of using digital tools for effective learning that are aligned with national standards in the 21st century classroom.
