Spring 2024 Online Course and Tool Showcase: Humanizing Online Learning

Call for Faculty Presenters!

Do you have a strong student community in your online course? Do you work hard to meet your online students where they are? Are you interested in sharing your positive experiences in online teaching with your peers? If so, then the Spring 2024 Online Course and Tool Showcase: Humanizing Online Learning is for you!

We are looking for MSU faculty to present and have conversations with fellow faculty members about humanizing techniques they use in their online courses. To understand what humanizing online can be, we like Michelle Pacansky-Brock's use of the term. Faculty presenters will be given an individual table to display their Campus 5 courses, and technology equipment will be provided as needed.

  • Who: MSU faculty with humanizing elements in their online courses
  • When: Thursday, April 25th, 2024 from 9 – 11 AM or 2 – 4 PM
  • Where: Union Ballroom U

We hope to see you there!

Two women are engaged in a conversation at an indoor event. The woman on the left is facing the camera, smiling, and dressed in traditional South Asian attire with a burgundy dupatta over a black top that has gold motifs. She carries a burgundy bag and holds what appears to be a brochure. The woman on the right, with her back to the camera, has curly hair and is wearing a colorful floral print dress. They appear to be standing near a conference or registration area, as indicated by a table with a white tablecloth in the background and another attendee behind them.
